HolyPay is for religious and community organisations. During registration you choose your organisation type: mosque, church, temple, synagogue, NGO or other.
Regular subscriptions on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual billing period, one-off or campaign donations, and custom collections you define yourself, such as a weekly or monthly drive.
Every subscription payment, donation and custom collection entry has a receipt. You choose automatic numbering with your own prefix or enter numbers manually. Receipts can be downloaded as a PDF or shared on WhatsApp.
Yes. Each subscriber shows pending months and pending amount, and the Outstanding Report lists totals filtered by subscriber, plan, status and billing period.
Yes. Subscribers can be added one at a time or imported in bulk from a file, and you can record an outstanding amount from before you started using HolyPay.
Each organisation has its own separate workspace. Within it, access depends on role: administrators, staff, accountants and auditors each see only what their role allows. Sessions end automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.
